Draft website policy for professional legal review before launch.
We may collect contact details, company information, project information, inquiry messages, film-submission data, uploaded materials, account information, device and usage information, and records necessary to administer production, licensing and distribution discussions.
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, review submissions, administer accounts, evaluate projects, provide services, maintain security, comply with law, improve the website and communicate about relevant business opportunities.
Submitted screeners, scripts, artwork, rights information and related materials may be reviewed by authorized staff, contractors or professional advisers involved in evaluating the project. Submitters should not provide materials they are not authorized to share.
We may use hosting, storage, email, analytics, customer-management, e-signature, payment and security providers. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their applicable terms and agreements.
We retain information for legitimate business, contractual, security and legal purposes. No system is completely secure, but reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards should be maintained.
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information by contacting info@capristudiofilms.com.
This policy may be updated as the website and business systems change. The effective date should be displayed when the final policy is approved.
